Release Day!

Craving My Roommate is live!

Popping in to dance and shout--
That today,
Craving My Roommate is out!

Celia stands before a mirror, all sad and frowning--
Then David swoops in to keep her from drowning.

This cute 'n sexy couple are one hundred percent the reason
Why--this summer--you will dig bikini season.

Caption: It's here! Craving My Roommate cover.
"I'm starving."
"What a coincidence." The heated gleam in his gaze promises wicked, lovely things. "I'm starving too."
His kiss makes me forget the drive, my hunger pains, my crappy day. That horrible phone call.
My own name.

(It's 99 red hot pennies and wide this week only before the price goes up and it heads to KU next week!)

Teamwork makes the dream work

In May of 2020, I got tired of being isolated from my friends and disconnected from my creativity. So I reached out to a dozen or so folks with an invitation: Join me in the mornings on Zoom to write and check-in.

I'm grateful to say those crazy peeps said yes. Four years later, we're still logging in at the crack of dawn (well, not really *that* early, but you get the idea!), still writing, still connecting, still laughing.

Still conspiring to shape the world into our Happily Ever After design one story at a time.

These ladies mean the world to me, so you can imagine how proud and honored I am to share today's book birthday with a slew of my Morning Crew mates.

Check out their stories in Craving My Roommate:

"Trapped with Temptation" by Lori Ann Bailey. Trapped with her brother's best friend, Emma must face the one person who made her feel alive, the one who broke her heart, the one she hasn't forgotten.

“True Love Delayed” by J.T. Bock. It's inconceivable that Robin would forgive Finn for leaving her years ago—until he does as she wishes.

“Sharing a Bed with Someone Like Him” by Susanna Eastman. Rachel and Matt get trapped in a 1960s-style bomb shelter, and there's only ONE bed.

"Level Up" by Julie Halperson. Can Lucy convince Harry it's time to 'Level Up' their friendship when they meet at an annual convention?

Frenching My Flatmate” by Skye Knight. After losing her mom, Izzy throws herself into completing her neurosurgery degree in Paris, but her French housemate Julien, an acupuncturist, pokes holes in her serious and studious plans.

“Second Chance at Forever” by Meg Napier. Jen and Chris parted ways a decade ago, but when they're both stuck for a night at her brother's house, might years' of misunderstandings be wiped away?

"The One That I See" by J. Keely Thrall. With one steamy interaction in front of a mirror, David convinces Celia she's one hundred percent ready for bikini season.

“All Spun Up” by Laurel Wanrow. Paying off student loans, Mac makes ends meet by managing his grandmother’s rentals—with no fraternization!—until roommate Kenzie brings an injured stray to his vet office.

“A Room with a Groom” by Sharon Wray. Will these star-crossed lovers make it to the church on time?

Team Deadpool or Team Wolverine, That is the Question Back in July, I began a year-long stint as president of my local writing chapter (Washington Romance Writers). I'm super stoked to be able to give back to an organization that has been such a blessing in my life. Probably 95% of my friends stem from the 24 years I've belonged to this special company of writers. For our August chapter event, we rented a movie theater for a private screening of Deadpool and Wolverine. Yeah, a private...
